The toggle press is a compact high force generating modular slide for coining, riveting and assembly automation operations.
It generates a very high force at the end of the stroke, typically, 1T or more depending on the frame size. It is easily mountable on a C frame, or a flat horizontal / vertical bolster in any direction. It comes with an accurate stroke positioning mechanism. The unit is adaptable to any standard PLC including end position sensing. It has the lowest air and power consumption in its category.
